Solicitor – Director
Naveed is a Qualified Solicitor who has worked in the Immigration and Asylum sector for several years.
Having graduated from the University of Leeds – York St John after studying towards his BA (Hons) in History, Naveed later undertook his GDL Exams and later completed his Legal Practice Course at Birmingham City University where he obtained his (LLB) Hons.
Having qualified in 2015 Naveed has obtained experience in many types of cases in a very short period of time, this was down to his pro-active approach and responsibilities which he undertook from his first experience with clients that he still to this day thoroughly enjoys.
In 2017 Naveed spoke on the BBC in relation to European Nationals who are subject to deportation and removal in wake of the developments following Brexit. This was in relation to his EEA National client who was subject to deportation and was successfully defended and kept in the UK to be with his family.
His experience involves working on complex Human Rights Claims, Points Based System Applications, Business Immigration Matters, to name a few.
Some of his previous cases have involved working for clients where they have been involved with the Mi5, Anti-Terror Police, Domestic Violence Victims, Christian Converts, Gay Asylum Seekers, ETS TOEIC Language Test takers, HMRC Tax Amendment Clients, Stateless Persons, Turkish Businesspersons, Tier 1 Entrepreneurs, Sole Representatives of Overseas Businesses and Clients alleged to have been part of groups who committed war crimes.
In 2018 he set up Apply for UK Visa with his vision and ethos to create a client focused Solicitors Firm. Naveed is the Founder and Director at Apply for UK Visa and aims to build Apply for UK Visa as a well respected Immigration Solicitors Firm through the service that we provide.
Prior to his role at Apply for UK Visa, Naveed was a Director and Shareholder in a nationally based Immigration Solicitors Firm where he trained and led a team of immigration specialists for many years.
Naveed has a particular interest in Immigration Fraud related cases and complex Private Life cases which have included in the past but are not limited to ETS TOEIC cases, HMRC Tax Amendment Cases, Iranian Christian Converts and LGBT Asylum Seekers in the UK to name a few.
