Domestic Violence – Indefinite Leave to Remain
Our client had instructed us in order to help her with her Indefinite Leave to Remain Application after suffering from Domestic Violence at the hands of her British Spouse.
Our client confirmed that she had no Police Report as the Domestic Abuse was emotional and not psychical, although from the emotional abuse showed that our client had suffered psychologically and psychically due to her loss of weight and general weakness.
We initially helped our client safeguard herself by helping her obtain public funding for three months and helped her in finding accommodation.
Once our client was safe and away from her husband in-laws we prepared and submitted her application with the Home Office.
The Application was difficult as our client did not have a lot of evidence but our arguments and method of putting forward the case led to a successful outcome for our client.
A very good result for this lady who suffered very badly at the hands of her husband and in-laws.
She can now get on with her life in the UK!
