Apply from within the UK

If you are already in the UK and need to apply for your spouse or partner visa application there are two possible options which apply, one of these is under the 5 year route to settlement and the other is 10 year route, you would need to speak to one of our expert immigration solicitors to ascertain which one you are eligible for.

For the application within the UK you may be subject to VAT, please check with us to confirm if that is the case, as part of our fixed fee of £750* we will help you apply for the visa which includes the following services for you:

Booking of your appointment with the Home Office Service Centre or Sopra Steria
Upload your documents to the Home Office Portal ahead of your appointment

Correspondence with the Home Office until the outcome of your application
